Data room for en bloc sales

How it works in Singapore
Collective sales of strata developments are governed by the Land Titles (Strata) Act. Older developments need consent from owners holding at least 80% of share values and strata area (90% for developments under ten years old) before an application to the Strata Titles Boards.
Developers bidding in the tender need site information, planning parameters and title details. Owners want transparency.
